Justine and Liz Ralls have been joined by Drew Coleman on Mandolin and Bradley Blackwell on Double Bass (both of Lewis Garland and the Kett Rebellion fame). Catch the expanded Justine band this Sunday 15th July at the Godiva Festival, Coventry (Rhythm Tent at 1.35pm).

The Day The Sun Danced
Justine has laid down vocals on another film score track, composed by Rob Arnall and written by Jimmy O'Neill. The track is called 'Forgive Me'* and forms part of the film soundtrack for the film 'The Day The Sun Danced' which is being premiered in Fatima, Portuagal.

*'Forgive Me' (The Day the Sun Danced) is a completely different track to the similarly titled 'Forgive Me' (track on Justine's 'Acoustic Nerve' EP).

The Sound of The So-Called Soul...

Founded in January 2006, 2 originating members of The So-Called Soul collective (Martin Miller & Jay Watson) formed a base that local musicians could join and produce eclectic recordings to fuse songs with Rock, Funk, Soul, Electronica, Blues and Chillout elements. Collective members now included are Ryan Leaper, Neil Ally, Mark Quinn,
Justine Watson and Havilah.

Track of the Day on Garageband!
The track 'Making Love to You is like withdrawing money from a cashpoint machine' from Justine's debut EP 'Acoustic Nerve' has excited members on Garageband recieving reviews like 'undeniably filthy groove' to 'Nice jazzy chords; Sweet, metropolitan vocals; Soulful feel and perfectly understated violin'.
It has been recieved these awards: Best Female Vocals in Acoustic, Most Original in Acoustic and Bitter Breakup Song overall.
It is now Track of the Day on Garageband/penned in for tomorrow (20.03.06) and will be found on this page.
